East Village Condo
Situated on a quiet tree lined street in Vancouver’s trendy East Village, this flat on Franklin street catered to young urban professionals, first-time homebuyers and those looking for a more relaxed and unpretentious vibe. With a cute and rather retro interior we lightened this already occupied unit up with some bright pillows and classic artwork. This brought more of a classic aesthetic and created more balance in the space’s decor. A neutral yet classic rug and some unique gold accents punctuated the coffee table and shelving unit to provide vignettes that played off nicely with the vintage vibe of the space. Just steps to trendy coffee spots and cool breweries and 10 minutes to downtown this affordable little flat was a hidden gem.
